Pre-Season Training

That time has come around again! It is time to dust off your boots, get your kit back sorted and get back in shape for the 2014-15 campaign.

With the promise from Head Coach, Neil Young, that the sessions are only going to get harder as the weeks go on, maybe it will be wise to get down at the start of the season and push through till kick off!
